Pick the Company at the Gate
Switch it on for a site and the QR check-in offers a drop-down list of the contractors you have listed for that site, so a crew can pick its company instead of typing it. A picked name is stored the way your register spells it.
Arrival Notices
When a contractor checks in at the gate, the site's supervisors and admins get a text and an email with the name, company, and phone number.
On the Live Roster
Each person is on the on-site roster with the company they gave at the gate, beside your own people, so you can see whose crews are on the property right now.
Alerts and Roll Call
While they are checked in, the site's lightning, severe-weather, and emergency texts and its broadcasts go to their phones, and the emergency roll call counts them with everyone else.
Hours by Company
The Report Builder totals sessions, people, and verified hours on site for each company, on screen and in the Excel file. When one contractor shows up under several spellings, it suggests the merge, and nothing merges without you.
The File Behind It
One record for each contractor company: legal name, DBA, and MSHA contractor ID, its insurance certificates with the next one to expire, the crew it sends, and the sites and scope of work it is listed for.
