Site Access
One QR sign at the gate checks workers, contractors, haulers, and visitors in and out and keeps a live roster for every site, so you know who is on the property and when they left. Once you set them up for a site, its hazard training and sign-off forms are part of the same check-in.

Generate and print site-specific QR posters. Workers, visitors, and contractors scan to register their presence instantly.
On-Site Check-In
GPS- and QR-verified check-in for workers, contractors, and visitors. Know exactly who is on site right now, with a live headcount per location.
Site Hazard Training at Check-In
Build your site's hazard training once and turn it on. People who scan the QR sign are then asked to take it on their own phone before they check in, and the completion is kept with their check-in.
Sign-Off Forms at Check-In
Upload a PDF for a site, mark it required, and release it. People who scan the QR sign are then asked to read it and sign on their own phone before they check in, and the sign-off is kept with their check-in.
Check-Out
Workers check out from the same QR sign, or by tapping the link in their check-in text. No app install, no account needed for a visitor or a hauler.
Visitor Log
Every visitor and hauler who scans in is logged with name, company, purpose, and contact details, and appears in the live roster and the check-out history.

Contractor Management
When a contractor's crew arrives, they scan the same QR sign as everyone else, with no account and no app. The site's supervisors and admins are told in real time, the crew is on the live on-site roster with its company, and alerts and the emergency roll call reach them like everyone else checked in. Their hours come out by company. Behind that sits the file: each contractor's record, insurance, crew, and sites.
Contractor Arrival Notices
When a contractor checks in at the gate, the site's supervisors and admins get a text and an email with the name, company, and phone number.
Contractor Drop-Down at the Gate
Switch it on for a site and the QR check-in offers a drop-down list of the contractors you have listed for that site, so a crew can pick its company instead of typing it. A picked name is stored the way your register spells it.
Contractor Register
One record for each contractor company, with its legal name, DBA, and MSHA contractor ID, searchable by name or by ID. Each one carries a green, yellow, or red status worked out from the insurance dates and experience modification rate (EMR) you have entered, with the reason shown.
Contractor Insurance
Record each insurance certificate with its coverage type, carrier, policy number, limits, and effective and expiration dates. The register lists the next certificate to expire for every contractor.
Contractor Crews
Keep the list of people each contractor sends to your sites, with position, phone, email, and hire date. Add them one at a time or bring in a whole crew from a CSV file.

List which contractor is working at which site, with the scope of work and the start and end dates.

Report Builder
Build a report over any site for year-to-date, this month or quarter, or the last 30 or 90 days; read it on screen, print it to PDF, or take the full data out as a multi-sheet Excel (.xlsx) export. Totals are broken out by company, so each contractor has its own line.
Report Center
Pre-built reports you can open and read without configuring anything: gate check-ins and check-outs, contractor and visitor history, emergency events with their roll-call outcomes, and open action items.
Action Items
Open items assigned to a person with a due date, so the things raised at the gate or in a roll call get closed out and stay visible until they are.
Audit Log
